I had to replace the handle on my DC05 in just over a year, the clip broke, and the handle wouldn't stay connected to the pipe arm. Same thing happened with the replacement from amazon, it broke in the same way in less than 2 months. Not worth returning it, it would cost more to send it back than the hassle is worth. I expect quality from Dyson, but instead I get rubbish.
